1. Scope and Geography
This Refund Policy applies to Trexalondhod, based in Bristol, United Kingdom. We sell dietary supplements (including Arterelion) to customers in the UK and EU. Refunds are processed in accordance with UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and EU Consumer Rights Directive.
2. Right of Withdrawal
Under UK consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods. You do not need to give a reason.
3. How to Request a Refund
Contact us at contact@trexalondhod.world or support@trexalondhod.world with your order reference. We will provide instructions for returning the product. The product must be returned unused and in original packaging where possible.
4. Processing Refunds
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product or your withdrawal notice (whichever applies). The refund will be made using the same payment method. Delivery costs for returns may be at your expense unless the product was faulty or misdescribed.
5. Exceptions
Opened or partially used products may not be eligible for refund if hygiene or safety reasons apply. We may deduct an amount for diminished value if the product has been used beyond what is necessary to establish its nature.
6. Faulty Products
If you receive a faulty or incorrect product, contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or full refund including return shipping.
